Signing in to Slotorado, every time
The Slotorado login form is in the upper-right corner on desktop and behind the hamburger menu on mobile. Entering saved credentials takes under ten seconds. The process looks identical every time — but what the account can do after sign-in depends on whether identity verification has cleared or is still pending.
The first sign-in after registration
Everyday sign-in and saved sessions
After the first verified session, subsequent sign-ins are faster when browser cookies and saved credentials are active. Ticking “Stay signed in” stores the session token in the browser, keeping the session open across closures and restarts until the token expires, the user signs out, or cookies are cleared.
Clearing cookies ends every saved session on the device. Password manager autofill works on the login form. A different device or browser does not carry a saved session from another device — credentials must be entered fresh each time.
Locked out: working back in
| Situation | Cause | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| “Invalid email or password” shown | Typo in one field, wrong account address, or caps lock active | Re-enter both fields manually; check caps lock before retrying |
| Login blocked after several attempts | Repeated failed entries triggered an automatic lockout | Wait 15–30 minutes, then use the password reset flow |
| Reset email never arrived | Spam filter intercepted the link, or wrong email entered | Check spam; wait 5 minutes before requesting a second link |
| “Session expired” on return | Inactivity timeout cleared the session token | Reload the page and sign in again with credentials |
| Account shows as suspended | Administrative hold — payment flag, KYC review, or policy reason | Contact support; state the account email and the message shown |
| Locked after KYC document request | Documents were requested but not submitted within the required window | Submit the documents through the account panel or contact support |
Changing the email tied to the account
The registered email change after KYC verification requires a support request, not a self-service change. The process confirms identity through the original email before linking the new address. The old address remains the active login credential until the change is processed. If access to the original email is already lost, contact support with identity documents to establish ownership through re-verification.
Sign-in situations players run into
Email confirmation is required before the first sign-in. Check the inbox for the confirmation link; if it has expired, request a new one from the login page.
The inactivity timeout ended the session. Sign in again to resume.
Contact support with identity documents. Ownership can be verified through KYC records and the login email updated after confirmation.
No — sharing credentials violates the platform terms and risks suspension. For personal mobile access, see the app page.
